This portal processes account identifiers, device identifiers, workspace membership, authentication events, API activity, storage usage, and operational metadata required to provide secure access.

Workspace content, synchronized files, and attachments are protected by workspace policies and are not exposed through unauthenticated portal pages.

Retention

Operational logs are retained for security, reliability, and abuse investigation. Workspace administrators may configure additional retention policies.
